Prescribed Information
Issue Prescribed Information to tenants under Housing Act 2004, s.213(5)–(6).
Issue the Prescribed Information your tenants must receive within 30 days of you receiving their deposit (Housing Act 2004, s.213(5)–(6)). You pre-sign once at issuance and each tenant gets their own signing link.
We capture the deposit details, the parties, the protection dates and the prescribed retention clause — then seal the document once everyone has signed.
